The Delegate Registration Fee includes:

- Welcome Reception (Monday evening)
- Happy Hour (Tuesday evening)
- Delegate Appreciation Dinner (Wednesday evening)
- Simultaneous English/Spanish translation in the General Sessions
- Please note that partial refunds WILL NOT be given to delegates who are not able to participate in any of the items listed above
*Innovation Sessions run at the same time and therefore delegates must choose only one to attend in each session. At the discretion of each Sponsor conducting a breakout, competitors may be restricted from attending.
Conference registration DOES NOT include a hotel or travel arrangements. Delegates must make their own arrangements for travel and hotel accommodations. We encourage you to take advantage of the discounted rates available at our host hotel: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort

All delegates will be given access to the dedicated event application, therefore, during the registration process, please be prepared to upload a current, passport style photo to be loaded into the event application on your behalf. If you are unable to upload a passport sized photo during registration, please email your photo directly to Ms. Britnee Hursin, Conference Director, at email@example.com.
Currency Research will have a photographer on-site throughout the conference who will be taking pictures of presenters, delegates and sponsors during the course of the program. Video may also be taken during the course of the event. Upon registering for the conference, you are providing Currency Research the irrevocable right to use your likeness for advertising, trade, and promotion.
To cancel your conference registration, please write to Ms. Britnee Hursin, Conference Director, at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to cancel any existing hotel reservation directly with the hotel to avoid or minimize any cancelation fee.
Full refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received by October 19, 2020.
50% refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received by November 16, 2020.
No refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received after November 17, 2020.
Substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge.
A 10% penalty will be applied to all fees received after the start of the seminar on November 30, 2020
